No she won't grow out of it. You have to stop it. It is not fair for your old dog. When your new dog does this tell her no in a firm voice and push her away ignoring her until she relaxes. Pet your old dog.
It is important to spend time with both dogs alone. Especially your other dog. Don't let your new dog be aggressive to him.
When your dog wants ALL of your attention she is being dominant over you. Owning you!

we had the exact problem with my dog. when you pet one of the dogs, you have to pet both of them. if your new dog trys to get more attention, tell her no and push her out of the way. for the walks, let her walk a little in front of your old dog. every time she starts pushing, tell her no.

push her back out of the way. by pushing your other dog, she's DEMANDING your attention.

you must make it CLEAR that YOU are the boss, and will pet who and when you choose to.

They're going to sort out who will be top dog in the pack just below you no matter what you do. Interfering with that causes tension. But what you need to do is make sure the new dog follows your commands in everything. Don't permit the new dog to walk badly and show jealousy when you're there. Put it on a Gentle Leader for a while.

She wants to be the center of attention, and she probably considers herself the dominant dog. dont give her atttention when she pushes your old dog out of the way. also, feed your dog first, the most dominant dog eats first. also make time for you and your old dog to be alone so your old dogs knows you love him. she should grow out of it eventually as long as you get her in her place in the pack. (it should be that you and the other people in your house are on top and the boss, the dogs fall in line after the people. that way the dogs get the structure they need and will respect the people.) good luck.
