Any Natural Remedies for Cat Respiratory Infections?
When the one of my cats contracted the Respiratory Infection, I took her to the vets and they gave her an antibiotic and I treated all cats. They were all okay until the one of them shows symptoms again about two days ago. I have not tried yet any at home remedies.

Bummer. Those can be tricky. They can sometimes develope into worse conditions such as feline FIV (feline immuno virus)that is potentially fatal. If there is a large amount of discharge from the mucous membranes and your pet is staggering or has a deep hacking cough, it’s vet time. However, if none of those symptoms are present, just keep it inside with plenty of food, water, and go get a vitamin supplement to help it get over it faster. If it sneezes alot, you can also go get saline in a nosespray bottle and do two pumps each nostril twice a day.
Respiratory infections cannot develop into FIV — FIV is a virus. Respiratory infections can be a SIGN of FIV.
Please do not mess around trying to treat this at home. Respiratory problems can get bad quickly, and the last thing you want is a cat with pneumonia.
Take the cat to the vet. Most likely they will prescribe antibiotics, which should clear it up quite quickly.
Respiratory infections are also very contagious, so if you have other cats, you should DEFINITELY take the sick cat in for treatment right away.
You could get an air purifier so it get’s rid of some bactiria in the air and stuff. And limit your cat’s axess to out-side car fumes can hurt!
You can treat them just like a cold, but as always, its best to check w/ your vet.
