Can I Feed Cat Weight Control Food If She Not Overweight?
My cat is in a good shape, not to big and not to skinny. So I curious if she eats cat weight control food will it just mantain her current weight or make her loose weight? And can I feed cat weight control food if she not overweight?

If you feed more than necessary of a weight control food, she will not lose weight. However, you often don’t get as many nutrients in weight control food, so you’re better off going for a natural or holistic cat food like "chicken soup for the cat lover’s soul" (an inexpensive all natural, holistic food).
I don’t recommend it. "Diet" cat food is typically even worse than regular cat food as far as the ingredients are concerned. Instead of making the food healthier, they remove what few good ingredients are in it and replace it with meaningless filler items to cut calories.
If you feed your cat good food in the right quantities, it will maintain its weight for the most part.
