Cat Urinating Outside Her Litter?

My cat has suddenly become very angry against my dogs, I think..  She has been urinating in their bed, the areas around beds, crates, and they go on the walls in other random places, especially this one wall in our kitchen. It was a very sudden change in behavior, dogs have been around for almost a year and they dont really his sentence and never have. The only thing I can think of that I changed I sprayed all these areas with Febreze Lavender Vanilla..  Which can only be crazy, but maybe she is attracted to it? Or is it just anger against my dogs? Could she have cat urinary problems? There is no change in the smell / color of urine and did not act in any other way..  Please help! My cat is still using the litter from time to time..
