		<description>Could have a respiratory infection that has gone into the eye. That happens when they are not vaccinated. If that is what it is, the eye could bulge out. I had a stray have this happen and I had to have her put to sleep. I felt bad, but it was in pain and I could not afford to get the eye removed. Take her to a vet and have her checked out.</description>
