I have a dog breed rescue. Hi is an excellent candidate for the development of hip dysplasia and elbow as well as cancer and autoimmune diseases. I wish I had covered with pet insurance before the start any of these problems diagnosed, if possible. Does anyone know of a good (reliable) of pet insurance company covering hereditary problems?
My dog is 3 years old. There was a problem of itching when he was 1 years old and started with Vanectyl-P (2 mg of prednisone was mixed with 5 mg of an antihistamine). For 2 years I have done everything possible to try to leave the Vanectyl-P. All types of homeopathic treatments and diets that he actually was not taking any Vanectyl-P! The only problem, which was basically a vegetarian and can not live like this for a long period of time (enough protein and other nutrients important, obviously. We note that the essence is allergic to any animal protein).
Any website or store the product that works like them? For an American Pit Bull Terrier, then you have to carry heavy loads, such as 2000 + lbs. Will it build my own, but I think it would be easier to buy one. Where can I find one? The sled, car, truck, whatever, where to begin hold that all dogs weighing and where the shopping is flat and lay bricks or bags of heavy material so that the dog can pull it.
I’m sure my dog has an upper respiratory tract infection, but I will not be able to go to the vet for two days! What can I do for him, however, to make it more comfortable? His third eyelid is half way up and his eyes are red and llorosos. Thanks!
My Maltipoo just diagnosed with mites. She is being treated and is improving. I have washed everything I have and their things. I’m still breathing every day, but is there anything I can do to ensure that all the mites die soon? “I asked the vet about flea bombs and said he would not run from fleas and mites are not the same. He said the dog mange eggs or whatever. What kind of mites?
My dog has developed unhealthy skin allergies. I had him on Natural Choice Lamb and Rice. I’ve had every dog I’ve owned for the past thirteen years on this meals and have by no means had an problem. He isn’t over or underbathed. I add Brewers Yeast to his food plan. Took him to vet, vet gave him cortisone (which anytime I’ve ever had a dog with pores and skin points regardless of the vet they seem to think steroids are the remedy all) it helped but skin issues came back. So the vet informed me to change his food. I’ve modified it three times now to what the vet has recommended. My dog nonetheless has skin issues and the vet still wants to do the cortisone shots. My dog was a 12 months old she has had an ear problem.
She shakes her head and yelps, tilts her head, sits on the sofa all day, and she hates going outdoors within the morning(we predict the cold hurts her head).
We preserve taking her to the vet but they maintain saying the same factor, give her these medicens, go this vet strive that vet. ect ect ect. (more…)
My pet chow is a goofball. He is mostly an out of doors dog and stays in my front backyard which is about 3.5 acres and fenced in. The fence follows my subdivision highway as i reside on the bottom of the drive. In any case he actually isnt that aggressive of a dog, simply very protecting which is okay (i dwell in rural nation hes a great guard canine lol) he has this weird thing about cars going up the highway though. If I’m inside and never close to him and he is outsde and a automobile drives by he could bark at them but usaully doesn’t even move. Nevertheless, if I’m outdoors anyplace or if i hear him bark and i go to test on him, as quickly as he sees me he’ll take off down the hill of my backyard and bark and chase following the automotive driving up the road (following the fence line in fact) i’ve asked my neighbors if he ever does that throughout the day while i’m at work and so they say no. My 2,5yr old pom has ticks. The problem is he won’t sit still for me to take tweezers to remove them. Is there any other way to remove ticks off the dog? I did put some type of Frontline on him that I got from the local pet store, but apparently it dosnt working. What should I do to remove them? (more…)
I love so much my dog, and I do not know how to help her. She has been over weight for quite some time now, and I take a walk her a lot and only feed her the amount of dog food the vet told me I should feed her, but whenever she starts looking better she either gets into the garbage can, or eats very much of human food.
