Natural Pet Remedy

I get a stray about 20 months ago. She is a tremendous dog. We have completed all that needs to be done for a brand new dog, received her the shots, received her microchiped, had her mounted, purchase her good pet meals (nutro max). Instantly they stated she had a problem with Mites. He gave me a shampoo to use and things began wanting better. After her surgical procedure, they got slightly worse (4 or 5 extra spots) and we observed a small lump where her incision was. We took her in immediately and had been informed that she was having a reaction to the dissolving stitches and we had been despatched home. We also put her on Vectra 3-D (flea and tick medication). In the present day I went to the vet again. Yesterday that spot looked prefer it had a dime sized blood blister. Right now it had broken open. After I took her in he stated she had been licking the spot and had irritated it. she was put on antibiotics and we had been also instructed her immune system have to be the underlying drawback as a result of she isn’t able to get rid of the mites or quickly heal from the surgery (7 weeks in the past). She now has a cone on her head (which she will have to put on till it heals, maybe one other month or extra) I asked what I could do to help her immune system and he mentioned I could not do much. I feel like I should have the ability to do something to help her, however I am not aware of canines immune systems. Please help I need her to be healthy. (more…)

What is better for dog to keep his teeth clean, sterilized bones that your can buy from any online Pet Store or a raw knuckle bone from the butcher? If I get a raw bone is it better to boil it for several minutes before you give it to the dog or let him chew it raw? And I’m wondering, cooked or sterilized bones are harder on the teeth? Could they wear down the dogs teeth? Also I’m concerned that the sterilized bones have some kind of chemicals in them since they look so white. (more…)

You probably know that your pet, whether dog or cat may suffer from the painful condition like arthritis as us humans and it may be difficult for him to perform his routine tasks. You should watch out for symptoms which indicate that he is do not feel too good. If your dog licks his joints or it has swollen joints, or if he is very reluctant to climb up stairs, chances are that he suffers from arthritis. Also you can be sure your cat has joint pain or arthritis, if it shows signs such as decreased appetite, mild lameness, and reluctance to jump and climb.

My 1,5 year old rat terrier likes to napping beside me on the couch. Once in a while I sudden smell of urine, and she will get up quickly and lick her bottom. But there’s a never a wet spot. She’s housebroken as well and goes out regularly. It can be that dogs can have leakage problems or she has urinary tract problems?  She looks perfectly healthy otherwise. (more…)

Need Dog experts help!

Today I find something very scary in my 10 month old puppy eye. On his right eye, in the very corner of it, it seems as if he has swelling/inflation. The corner flesh which every one has visible when fully turning their eye looks huge & red or pink. It’s not bleeding, but looks swell. (more…)

We just adopted a 6 year old maltese chihuahua mix and his teeth and breath are disgusting. The vet said they could clean them for about.. for as it’s to expensive!

Is there anything else we could do? I’ve been brushing his teeth everyday now and looks like they do getting a bit better. I also heard that feeding them raw bones could make dogs teeth white and healthy. Also I hear that some pet remedies does help. (more…)

Our dog has been making funny nosies when he is breathing. When we pet him, his skin twitches and he has been scratching at his belly. Does it meen my dog has skin allergy? If you could help us it would be great! (more…)

It seems the only thing that kills my dog’s mites are shot of Ivermectin, and it means I need to go to her vet office once a week. I cant really afford to spend (shot, partial Dr. visit) a wk. doing that. Thanks for all your help. Oh yeah she is about 50lbs. if that helps…thanks again. (more…)

I have one very weird plant.. and my dog likes to bite it.. so he bit the leafs of this plant!!! and I think this white liquid of this plant leafs got into one of his eyes because now he can’t open it!!! is it possible for dogs to have like eye problems because of that?
