My cat has been sneezing, sniffling, and coughing, and I researched it an upper respiratory tract infection. I have a male cat who is about 1.5 year-old. He got outside and ended up getting in a bad fight with other cats. When he came back home, one of his wounds was badly infected. The vet drained the wound and bandaged the arm. He is healed completely except for a slight limp.
