Natural Pet Remedy

My lowly cat that I adopted from the uni patently put up by guinea pig remedy there and now is getting hurting ear problems. I’m a pensioner and may’t pay for to maintain taking him to the vet every time I wish to try a unique approach. It was advise to put him on a weight loss plan of hen solely which I’ve finished for months. He doesn’t have earmites or infection. I can’t sdtand to see him endure and am considering of putting him down if I can not assist him which could be very sad because I rescued him from demise only months ago. If anybody has any ideas I would vastly respect it. His ears seem warm, purple, however he primarily scratches space on head at front base of ears. He shakes his head rather a lot and sometimes provides painful meows, particularly when he wakes up. I get a stray about 20 months ago. She is a tremendous dog. We have completed all that needs to be done for a brand new dog, received her the shots, received her microchiped, had her mounted, purchase her good pet meals (nutro max). Instantly they stated she had a problem with Mites. He gave me a shampoo to use and things began wanting better. After her surgical procedure, they got slightly worse (4 or 5 extra spots) and we observed a small lump where her incision was. We took her in immediately and had been informed that she was having a reaction to the dissolving stitches and we had been despatched home. We also put her on Vectra 3-D (flea and tick medication). In the present day I went to the vet again. Yesterday that spot looked prefer it had a dime sized blood blister. Right now it had broken open. After I took her in he stated she had been licking the spot and had irritated it. she was put on antibiotics and we had been also instructed her immune system have to be the underlying drawback as a result of she isn’t able to get rid of the mites or quickly heal from the surgery (7 weeks in the past). She now has a cone on her head (which she will have to put on till it heals, maybe one other month or extra) I asked what I could do to help her immune system and he mentioned I could not do much. I feel like I should have the ability to do something to help her, however I am not aware of canines immune systems. Please help I need her to be healthy. (more…)

…I remarked white fluid from my cats anal glands and I take the cat to the vet, who said this is normal and expressed them. But later the cat start to produce alot of this white fluid. I thought that anal glands stuff (a) have to be brown, and only white due to infection and (b) the cat’s anal glands were recently (1 month ago) expressed by the vet, and yet last night when I picked him up some squirted out. My dog has very bad ears and fungle infection. I have taken him to the vet and he gave me some medicine that was supposed to help him approximately in 2 weeks and flush to clean his ears out good but look like nothing help him. He just acts so bothered by his ears and is constantly shaking his head to the point where he gives himself scars at the tips of his ears It is very sad but I don’t know what to do anymore. (more…)

My cat had have a blockage removed last month. He was found to have struvite crystals.

The vet sent me home with some Royal Canin S/O Uretic wet. She said he should stay on the prescription food for all his life.

Now, feeding my cat this stuff has been hard, as he has always had the best of the best. Wysong, Wellness, Castor & Pollux, etc. (more…)

When the one of my cats contracted the Respiratory Infection, I took her to the vets and they gave her an antibiotic and I treated all cats. They were all okay until the one of them shows symptoms again about two days ago. I have not tried yet any at home remedies.

Are there any remedies for Cat Respiratory Infections? I have 3 kittens and I do not want to take them to the vet each time they or one of them gets this again. (more…)

We just adopted a 6 year old maltese chihuahua mix and his teeth and breath are disgusting. The vet said they could clean them for about.. for as it’s to expensive!

Is there anything else we could do? I’ve been brushing his teeth everyday now and looks like they do getting a bit better. I also heard that feeding them raw bones could make dogs teeth white and healthy. Also I hear that some pet remedies does help. (more…)

We have adopted a couple of stray kittens. They at first seemed to have a cold in both eyes or possible irratation due to fly bites. However, now it looks like that in one of the kittens it has gotten worse. They always seem to have tears or puss like substance coming from there eyes. Today one of the kittens had one eye matted shut that I forced opened to look into so I could see what was going on in that area and there seemed to be some puss. It is almost like they have “pink eye”. I can’t afford to take them to the vet right now since I just started this new job but will if I have no other way to make them well. Does anyone have an idea of what this can be? It does seem to be contagious since two of them had it first then a week later the other had it. They were found in two different places so they are not from the same mother. I thought about maybe using some type of antibiotic cream like Neosporen, would this hurt them? Please help! (more…)

I have a male cat who is about 1.5 year-old. He got outside and ended up getting in a bad fight with other cats. When he came back home, one of his wounds was badly infected. The vet drained the wound and bandaged the arm. He is healed completely except for a slight limp. (more…)

My kitten really got upset the last time she had to go to the vet. This time, I took her brother along too (in a different carrier) and this time everyone was pretty happy. He had a positive attitude that kept her calm. I didn’t have any “Rescue Remedy” to give her, but I bought some there for next time if I need it. (more…)
