If she has her shots and is taken care of well, I think she'll be just fine! Give her healthy snacks like raw carrots and blueberries if she'll eat them.

But the brand of food you are feeding, Nutro Max, isn't really that great. I mean, it's not as bad and Beneful or Pedigree, but it's not the best either. I will suggest that you switch to a better brand if you don't mind.

I feed the raw diet. It is the best you can feed most dogs. I suggest you look into it. Good luck with your dog!!!

Dog immune systems are basically the same as human ones.

The same support you'd give yourself will work on dogs.

As in:
Proper nutrition - Get Pet Tabs or some other multi-vitamin made especially for animals. DO NOT use human formulations. Don't over do the vitamin C or Zinc. They're good, but dogs don't metabolize them the same way people do. Just get a balanced vitamin.
No matter what food you feed, there's always room for additional vitamins. And, um, Nutro isn't the best thing you could be feeding. Look into a better one with no additives, preservatives, fillers, corn, wheat, by-products or animal digest.

Tea
If your dog will take it, offer green and black tea. It flushes the system, is filled with many beneficial compounds. Science is just beginning to understand the benefits of tea.

Proper sleep and exercize.
Self explanatory.

Reduce stress.
Again, you know this one. Learn what sets her off and avoid it. Training reduces stress.

Google holistic pet remedies. There are plenty out now.

First off, get her off the Nutro, this is NOT a good dog food and has had many complaints about it as well as recalls. The best way to boost the immune system is by feeding a high quality diet, and possibly supplementing with enzymes and/or probiotics (NuPro...not to be confused with NuTRO products...and NaturVet enzymes are from all I've seen and read very good products). Here are some diets that have a good range of probiotics and are high quality foods:

Instinct (by Nature's Variety)

Orijen

Taste of the Wild

Blue Wilderness

Horizon Legacy

Wellness Core

Artemis brand dog foods

Before Grain

Fromm dog foods

Evanger's Pheasant & Brown Rice Dry Dog Food

Nature's Logic dog foods

Prairie (by Nature's Variety, though I must warn this is a grain-heavy food)

Timber Wolf Organics

Artemis Holistic Dog Food

Blue Buffalo/Blue Organics

It sounds like you are doing everything right. Do you know people who seem to be sick often and have a hard time recuperating from surgeries and sickness? The same holds true for our animals. The best thing you can do is feed a good dog food which you are already doing. Your dog is very lucky to have you.
